2. Data we process

We process the data you provide when you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone (name, organisation, position, country, organisation type, contact details, platform of interest and the content of your enquiry), as well as the minimum technical data needed to serve the website and keep it secure, such as the IP address logged by the server.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiries and requests for information, based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Managing commercial or contractual relationships with customers and suppliers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Complying with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

  • Ensuring the operation and security of the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Producing anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through Framer’s built-in analytics, without cookies or visitor identification, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles using your data.

4. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle your request or maintain the relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods of any resulting legal liabilities.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers (web hosting and form handling, email and IT services) may access it as data processors under the contracts required by the GDPR. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@paintec.es or to our registered office, marked “Data protection” and with proof of identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
